Sample Itinerary

Because we organise games all over the United States it is difficult to provide you with a specific sample
itinerary. The below itinerary is from the Trinity Grammar Schools 2005 USA Tour with us. It includes 11
games in Chicago, New York, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Trinity saw an NBA game at Madison Square Garden
in New York City, a professional ice hockey game, they went to Disneyland, practiced at the
Chicago Bulls/White Sox training academy, visited UNLV for a practice session and watched them
play against Texas Tech later that evening. Normally our itineraries include full contact
information including school name, transportation time, addresses and phone numbers for each
contact person at a school. For privacy reasons we have deleted those details from this itinerary.

  – Trinity will have the court from 1:30 – 2:30 pm. (Balls provided, bring towels
  and water if needed)
• Game 2; 2:00pm Freshman, 3:30pm JV, 5:00pm Varsity (as applicable)
• Tonight Trinity Grammar HS will be guests of Host School at the local “cross town”
  rivalry and sit behind the team.
• 7:30 pm: Varsity Tip Off vs. Cross town rival (Note: expect 3000+ crowd)
• 9:15 pm: (apprx) Return to Host families

• 3:45 pm: (apprx) Game will end. Rather than catching the train all the way back
  to the hotel we suggest this as a time to enjoy the sights and sounds of New York
  City by walking up Broadway towards Time Square (apprx 20 minute walk). Enjoy some
  free time in and around Time Square.
• Time: TBA by coaching staff. Meet at designated place by Time Square Subway. Take
  10 minute subway ride back to Hotel.

  events.
